Solutions Engineer

• Partner with Sales and Client Success teams to lead discovery and confirmation sessions with prospective customers, identifying core needs, existing processes, and critical success criteria
• Map complex workflows and design tailored data solutions that align perfectly with the prospect's technical requirements and overarching business objectives
• Design and execute testing and evaluation plans for Infutor Data solutions in close collaboration with prospective customers and internal sales teams
• Conduct robust data analyses, translating complex analytical results into compelling, easy-to-understand presentations and ROI stories for prospective customers
• Deliver high-impact presentations and data evaluations (both virtually and in-person) to executive-level stakeholders at large corporations
• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for Infutor Data solutions, providing guidance and credibility to both internal teams and external prospects
• Develop implementation plans that detail project scope, success criteria, onboarding milestones, and deliverables
• Facilitate seamless hand-offs to post-sale teams, partnering closely with Implementation Engineers to ensure the proposed solution is delivered as designed
• Gather and synthesize market feedback from prospect interactions to proactively inform cross-functional efforts across Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Identify and champion opportunities for process efficiency, innovation, and cross-functional growth within the business
• Mentor peers and actively contribute to the continuous development, culture, and success of the Solutions Consulting team
• Perform other duties as requested to support the dynamic needs of the business

Senior Solutions Consultant

Manager

• Ownership of monthly and annual financial close process (except revenue, billing and commissions) working closely with the Controller
• Responsible for preparing audit schedules and coordinating completion of the audit
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting and team (Cash Management, AP, Tax, Payroll journal entries and General Ledger accruals and analysis) overall
• Review and analyze monthly flux, providing commentary for notable changes
• Continuously review and drive automation and streamlining of internal processes (NetSuite & Zuora)
• Support the continued development of and automation of Accounts Payable processes to include AI and automation
• Improve the expense management reporting and analysis
• Oversee Treasury Management and providing a 13 week cash flow analysis
• Oversee tax staff and reviewing all sales, use, income, state, local and tax provisions prepared by the team or outside accounting firm

Senior Platform Engineer – DevOps

People Operations

• Play a key role in evaluating, selecting, and implementing a new HRIS platform
• Design and build scalable workflows, processes, and data structures within the HRIS
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful system implementation and integrations
• Own end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Stand up and administer employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and retirement (401k)
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and filing requirements across payroll, benefits, and employment practices
• Manage relationships with payroll, benefits, and other People-related vendors
• Serve as a key point of contact for employee questions related to payroll, benefits, and People operations
• Support employee relations matters, including assisting with investigations and documentation
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records and documentation
• Develop and deliver People data reporting and insights to support business decisions
