About the role
- Lead agile application development
- Ensure deliverables meet contract specifications, adhere to timelines, and coach the team to adhere to Agile practices while maintaining quality across teams and sub-contractors
- Participate in reviews, schedule regular progress meetings, and provide monthly updates, highlighting risks and proposing solutions
- Engage key stakeholders effectively to jointly achieve goals set by business and Product Owner
- Remove impediments to ensure successful agile delivery of application
Requirements
- Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as a Project Manager in at least 2 full project development life cycles
- Project Management experience in government agencies with good working knowledge in IM8 will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills
