About the role
- Bridge the gap between 8x8 GCC’s overall strategy and business operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, drive growth, and ensure alignment across areas
- Strategic planning and hands-on execution with GCC senior management and cross-functional teams
- Operational Transformation: define organizational goals, identify performance gaps, advise on closing gaps, predict demand, and lead initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with product, engineering, marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Performance Management: monitor KPIs, analyze data, and report on progress
- New Offers Ideation: identify and prioritize high-growth professional services opportunities
- Competitive Analysis: gather intelligence to anticipate offer enhancements
- Financial Acumen: develop integrated business cases considering market opportunity, customer value, and financial impact
- PMO Best Practices: establish and maintain PMO framework and Technical Delivery best practices for project success
