About the role

  • Technical Program Manager role supporting Detection and Measurement division (TCI) which provides spectrum monitoring and communications intelligence systems
  • Create and execute project work plans and budgets and revise as appropriate
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  • Manage teams of engineers and field technicians locally and in customer countries
  • Manage pre-shipment process, Engineering and Production requirements, and support Factory Acceptance Testing when necessary
  • Support customers’ installation & site preparation planning and manage subcontractors and Statement of Work documentation
  • Manage on-site activities including installation, commissioning, Site Acceptance Tests, training, diagnostics and troubleshooting
  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact during execution (manufacturing, installation and post-sale support periods)
  • Support sales and marketing activities in project and program management roles and prepare proposals
  • Must be willing to travel internationally up to 30% of the time

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English, fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable
  • Must be a US Person (US Citizen or Green card holder)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • PMP Certification preferred
  • International Travel Experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical / electronic schematics
  • Experience working with RF Communications Equipment, Spectrum Monitoring & Management Systems and/or Signals Intelligence Systems is highly desirable
  • Previous or current security clearance and/or military experience; must be clearable
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in a technical field
  • Minimum of 7 years technical program management or relevant experience
  • Must be willing to travel internationally up to 30% of the time
  • Must reside locally to Fremont facility
  • Possibility to work onsite at least 3 days per week, upon successful assimilation into the business
