Requirements
You’ve led cross-functional programs before with ideally 6+ years in high-growth or technical environments.
You’re technically fluent: maybe you’ve got a degree in Computer Science or just years of real-world experience with engineering teams.
Experience working with product security teams and effectively serving as the connector between product security and engineering, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration across complex, cross-functional initiatives.
You know how to influence without authority and bring structure without red tape.
