About the role
- Drive end-to-end technical programs aligning with business objectives
- Understand technical roadmaps for timely product delivery
- Resolve project-level issues and manage scope changes
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and TPM peers
- Define and track KPIs and report progress to leadership
- Optimize processes and implement best practices for program delivery
- Lead teams and mentor junior program managers
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in TPM or Engineering management
- Technical depth in software architecture, design and implementation in Cloud / SaaS / Enterprise domain
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex roadmaps in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making
- Experience with risk and dependency management, prioritization, and conflict resolution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Linear, Jira, Asana)
