About the role
- Lead and train a team of RCMs to deliver on new item execution, shelving, merchandising, and sales objectives.
- Drive performance by identifying best practices and in-store selling opportunities that support client growth.
- Audit and coach team members to ensure quality execution and continuous improvement.
- Build strong retailer relationships through consistent communication and leadership by example.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail Directors, Team Leaders, General Managers, and Business Managers to deliver key initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on retail systems and tools, leveraging Acosta University and other platforms to train associates.
- Develop and present selling materials for retail meetings to align teams with strategic goals.
- Conduct bi-quarterly evaluations to support ongoing development of the retail selling team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures, including timely reporting of workplace injuries.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and results-driven retail environment.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport across teams and with retail partners.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated experience using retail systems and tools to drive efficiency and execution.
- Familiarity with Acosta University or similar platforms for training and development.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with occasional travel.
