Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations; provide recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
Act as player-coach by setting sales and training standards for top performance in the market.
Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across assigned locations.
Embody professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium, the client, in-store management and associates.
Learn and teach wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online training.
Requirements
Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
