About the role
- Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations, providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development.
- Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
- Act as a player‑coach by setting sales and training standards and modeling top performance in the market.
- Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across assigned locations.
- Embody professionalism and strong work ethic in interactions with Premium, the client, in-store management and associates.
- Deliver in-store and online training to educate teams on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
- Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
- Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Driven to learn about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions (training provided).
