About the role
- Manage and grow relationships with key e-commerce accounts, including marketplaces, limited time offerings, kit programs.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, software development, and supply chain.
- Monitor and optimize product listings: content, pricing, and promotions.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and changes in e-commerce platforms.
- Resolve issues related to e-commerce accounts timely and effectively.
- Lead project management for new site launches; coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with software development to gather requirements and define scope for new site launches.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and QA efforts.
- Provide training and documentation on new promotions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in client and account relations.
- 2+ years experience in either retail, e-commerce, or energy efficiency programs.
- Outstanding communication skills and a high degree of professionalism while representing clients.
- Enthusiasm for client relations and relationship building.
- Preferred: exceptional time management, forecasting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce, Slack, or Asana is a plus.
- Preferred: experience in energy, sustainability, or environmental management fields is a plus.
- Preferred: interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
