About the role
- Define and lead thought leadership and enablement strategies that improve client outcomes and experiences
- Build, refine, and execute a content development ecosystem that positions Vanguard as a leading advice and wealth provider
- Develop thought leadership and business enablement roadmaps
- Partner with thought leaders, marketing, communications, business units, and control functions in a collaborative, thoughtful way
- Ensure new and enhanced financial planning and investment solutions are seamlessly integrated
Requirements
- Minimum of eight years of related work experience
- Three years of strategic program management experience
- Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent field
- Graduate degree preferred
- Program and project management experience is required
- Track record of increasingly broad and complex program management is a plus
- Broad knowledge of the financial advice and wealth industry is a plus
