Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education.
Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
Act as a player-coach setting the sales and training standard for top performance in the market.
Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across assigned locations.
Embody professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium, the client, in-store management and associates.
Participate in ongoing in-store and online training; train and support team members.
Requirements
High School Graduate.
Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
