About the role

  • Drive sales through personalized wireless solutions and customer education.
  • Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations providing recruitment, leadership, coaching, guidance, mentoring, and development to achieve sales and business targets.
  • Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
  • Act as a player-coach setting the sales and training standard for top performance in the market.
  • Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across assigned locations.
  • Embody professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium, the client, in-store management and associates.
  • Participate in ongoing in-store and online training; train and support team members.

Requirements

  • High School Graduate.
  • Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset.
  • Prior leadership experience preferred.
  • Prefer candidates who have a knack for all things wireless.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Driven to learn; training provided.
