About the role
- Lead and manage a passionate retail team to deliver outstanding in-store customer experiences.
- Create world-class in store customer experiences, build brand loyalty, host influencer events, and drive sales through client relationships.
- Ensure the store runs smoothly daily, managing peak seasons and adapting operations for new stores.
- Work closely with the District Manager and retail support teams across the business.
- Curate and execute the store merchandising strategy and visual merchandising.
- Develop SOPs, policies & procedures, and build teams.
- Produce outstanding business results and inspire a team of high performers.
- Proactive planning, problem-solving, and operational troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Store Management Experience.
- Visual merchandising: Curate and execute the merchandising strategy for the store. Needs to have the ability to be adaptable and flexible within that space.
- Experience developing SOPs, Policy & Procedures, building teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Motivated self-starter and self-sufficient
- Shopify POS experience or familiarity of Shopify preferred.
- Experience with RFID inventory management.
- Microsoft Office experience preferredADP experience or similar HRIS software and system experience is a plus.
