Procurement

• Build expertise in Acorns’ vendors, tools, systems, and procurement processes
• Streamline vendor onboarding/offboarding, maintain the vendor master list, and manage contract archives
• Oversee purchase requisitions, purchase orders, renewals, and termination notices to ensure timely execution
• Partner with stakeholders, Finance, and AP to align on budgets, resolve vendor/PO/invoice issues, and maximize cost efficiency
• Collaborate with GH UK to negotiate global vendor contracts and drive process improvements
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI in procurement workflows and led implementation efforts
• Create and maintain contract summaries, vendor scorecards, renewal reports, and risk committee reporting
• Serve as an administrator for procurement and contract systems (workflows, approvals, user permissions, updates)
• Coordinate vendor risk assessments, QBRs, and other critical vendor management activities
• Identify and address gaps in procurement policies, processes, and systems to drive continuous improvement
• Report to the Director of Sourcing & Procurement and support leadership on key sourcing initiatives

• Learn the current partnerships strategy, tools, and key performance metrics
• Take a principles-based approach to growth partnerships and identify opportunities to expand subscriber base
• Review existing partner agreements and pipeline to identify quick wins and optimization opportunities
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective partners using network and proactive outreach
• Lead every stage of the partnership process: prospecting, pitching, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts
• Model partner economics, calculate ROI, and ensure deals meet psCAC and other performance guardrails
• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and analytics teams to launch new partnerships smoothly and on schedule
• Consistently deliver new partnerships that drive measurable subscriber growth and revenue impact
• Optimize live partnerships by monitoring KPIs, testing initiatives, and scaling high performers
• Establish Acorns as a preferred partner in the fintech and consumer ecosystems through industry relationships and strategic insights
