• Lead Product Strategy: Define how Ask Acorns evolves as an intelligence layer across both the Acorns and Acorns Early brands over time
• Own the Roadmap: Define and drive the Ask Acorns roadmap, partnering with product teams across Financial Planning, Financial Products, Families, and Growth to align priorities, surface dependencies, and ensure capabilities are built and sequenced in service of the broader product strategy
• Shape the Experience: Partner with design to craft Ask Acorns' voice, tone, and persona, and how it handles the edges of what it can help with

Staff Product Manager, Conversational AI

Financial Crime

• Draft and file high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) that provide clear, concise narratives for law enforcement and regulators.
• Perform end-to-end investigations into complex customer activity to identify potential suspicious activity, such as money laundering, identity theft, and fraud.
• Compare Know Your Customer (KYC) information to Sanctions and Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) lists to verify false and true positives.
• Analyze transaction patterns and customer profiles to determine if activity is consistent with a customer's known occupation or business purpose.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to refine automated monitoring rules and reduce false positives while maintaining high detection standards.
• Stay ahead of emerging financial crime trends and regulatory changes to ensure Acorns' controls remain "game-changing" and effective.

• Own Narrative Architecture & Storytelling: Build and maintain the core messaging architecture across the Acorns portfolio as the source of truth for Brand, Growth, Lifecycle, and Comms. Ensure messaging clearly connects product capabilities to customer outcomes.
• Integrate Voice of Customer: Continuously synthesize insights from research, support, and social sentiment into messaging. Maintain a living system that keeps customer language and motivations embedded in strategy.
• Lead Go-To-Market Strategy: Own end-to-end GTM execution for key launches, including positioning, audience strategy, and performance measurement. Leverage AI-assisted workflows to increase speed while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
• Drive Evergreen Content & Adoption: Own a centralized library of evergreen assets—including product education, value propositions, and app store creative—to improve product understanding and increase adoption.
• Build AI-Integrated Operations: Develop reusable AI workflows and prompt systems that improve the quality, speed, and consistency of marketing execution.

• You'll be instrumental in the smooth running of our financial operations, helping to look after the financial best interests of our up-and-coming customers.
• Assist in the processing of the firm’s daily cash and security transfers related to the firm’s investment products.
• Monitor customer cash balances on a daily and periodic basis to identify unusual fluctuations, deficits, or excess balances.
• Gather essential data points from vendors to support daily operational tasks.
