Analyst

• Own the monthly ABS / RMBS / warehouse reporting process by ensuring accuracy, data quality, and timely distribution to the market
• Collaborate with data engineering, operations, and accounting teams to optimize automation and confirm data integrity of investor reporting
• Manage investor data rooms, providing stakeholders with seamless and reliable access to information
• Manage and update quarterly marketing materials, investor decks, and conference presentations that highlight Achieve’s lending products and story
• Support investor relationships by responding to inquiries
• Support the execution of Capital Markets transactions across ABS and RMBS, managing timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth closings

• Facilitate Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and transaction due diligence
• Coordinate with Compliance, Servicing, Legal, Credit, Underwriting teams on rating agency due diligence requests across all three lending products
• Assist in the preparation of presale reports and rating agency presentations
• Monitor collateral performance using surveillance tools and internal dashboards

• Lead end-to-end SEO strategy and execution, from roadmap planning to tactical rollout
• Lead technical SEO initiatives in collaboration with engineering (crawlability, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, schema, canonicalization)
• Apply SEO best practices to execute on on-page SEO (metadata, headings, keyword targeting) and off-page SEO (link acquisition, publisher outreach, citations)
