Manage brand presence and engagement on Reddit
Build community relationships and operate branded and non-branded community presences
Increase brand visibility and drive traffic and conversions through strategic content, discussions, and advertising
Personally post, seed, and engage within communities to influence conversations
Develop and execute Reddit strategy aligned with social and brand objectives
Identify key subreddits and conversations relevant to target audience

Track and analyze Reddit performance and provide regular reports

Ensure compliance with Reddit guidelines and platform best practices

2-4 years of social media management, digital marketing, or community management, with a strong focus on Reddit
Deep understanding of Reddit’s ecosystem, communities, culture, and best practices for organic and paid engagement
Proven ability to post, seed, and manage multiple personas/accounts to shape conversations authentically
Comfortable with performance metrics (engagement rates, SERP visibility, conversions) and using data to iterate
Track record of fostering community interactions and growth
Excellent written/verbal communication skills with ability to adapt voice
Ability to handle negative feedback and challenging situations calmly and effectively
Works well across teams and functions
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
