• Review and monitor revenue performance and key subscription metrics (Gross Adds, Churn, ARPU).
• Act as a business partner to commercial, sales, and operational teams, providing visibility and actionable insights.
• Own the budgeting and forecasting process for your assigned businesses (KPIs, Revenue, EBITDA, Cashflow).
• Prepare and present the Monthly Business Review deck to the executive team.
• Implement headcount reporting and forecasting to support hiring decisions.
• Identify business risks, propose mitigation plans, and set up monitoring tools.
• Drive cost awareness and control, tracking synergies during integration of new acquisitions.
• Collaborate with the finance team on the evolution of our budgeting/forecasting tools.
• Support the rollout of our new ERP system (NetSuite) by reviewing processes, identifying improvements, and working with local finance teams.
• Reinforce internal controls, especially around revenue recognition.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and collaborate with the Data team on DWH validation and reporting.
