Sales Development Rep

• Identify and qualify new leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound inquiries.
• Schedule and manage demos for Account Executives, supporting the full sales cycle.
• Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and internal teams to maximize business outcomes.
• Use the CRM to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured way.
• Stay informed about trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market.
• Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to learn, actively contributing to the growth of the Sales team.

Sales Development Representative

Account Executive

• Condurre demo consulenziali dei prodotti AccessiWay, comprendendo a fondo le esigenze dei clienti e proponendo soluzioni su misura.
• Preparare e presentare le offerte commerciali, negoziando termini e condizioni in linea con le policy aziendali.
• Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: dalla demo alla chiusura del contratto.
• Costruire relazioni solide e di fiducia con stakeholder di aziende pubbliche e private.
• Collaborare strettamente con SDR, Account Manager, Marketing e altri team per massimizzare l’efficacia commerciale.
• Utilizzare il CRM aziendale per una gestione strutturata e precisa della pipeline e delle attività.
• Mantenerti aggiornato sui trend di mercato e normative legate all’accessibilità digitale.
• Contribuire attivamente alla cultura del team Sales con spirito di iniziativa, curiosità e voglia di crescere.

Senior Account Executive

• End-to-end sales responsibility: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads.
• Deliver consultative product demos of AccessiWay, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain trusted customer relationships with stakeholders in public and private organizations.
• Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales results and optimize the pipeline.
• Use the CRM system to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily sales activities in a structured way.
• Monitor trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market to ensure well-informed advice.
• Maintain a proactive, curious approach with a willingness to grow and learn to actively contribute to the development of the sales team.

Product Manager

• Product vision and strategy definition: responsible for the long-term product vision, defining the strategic roadmap.
• Roadmap management: plan and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders.
• Integrate Accessibility: ensure WCAG compliance as part of the product vision.
• Stakeholder leadership: be the strategic point of reference for internal and external stakeholders.
• Roadmap translation into epics and initiatives: directly responsible for translating the strategic roadmap into concrete actions.
• Market and user analysis: conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research.
• Results measurement: define and monitor product KPIs and OKRs.
