About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and qualify new leads through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound inquiries.
- Schedule and manage demos for Account Executives, supporting the full sales cycle.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing and internal teams to maximize business outcomes.
- Use the CRM to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured way.
- Stay informed about trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market.
- Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and eagerness to learn, actively contributing to the growth of the Sales team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in Sales or lead-generation roles.
- Strong drive, results orientation and resilience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client-relations skills.
- Ability to work in an organized and autonomous manner in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Lusha, Apollo).
- Native or fluent French and good command of English.
