About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • End-to-end sales responsibility: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
  • Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound leads.
  • Deliver consultative product demos of AccessiWay, demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain trusted customer relationships with stakeholders in public and private organizations.
  • Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize sales results and optimize the pipeline.
  • Use the CRM system to manage pipeline, forecasts and daily sales activities in a structured way.
  • Monitor trends in digital accessibility, regulations and the market to ensure well-informed advice.
  • Maintain a proactive, curious approach with a willingness to grow and learn to actively contribute to the development of the sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales roles with responsibility for the full sales cycle.
  • Strong drive, results orientation and resilience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Independent and organized work style in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Native German speaker with very good command of English.
  • Experience or knowledge of the DACH market is a plus.
