About the role

  • Product vision and strategy definition: responsible for the long-term product vision, defining the strategic roadmap.
  • Roadmap management: plan and communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders.
  • Integrate Accessibility: ensure WCAG compliance as part of the product vision.
  • Stakeholder leadership: be the strategic point of reference for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Roadmap translation into epics and initiatives: directly responsible for translating the strategic roadmap into concrete actions.
  • Market and user analysis: conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user research.
  • Results measurement: define and monitor product KPIs and OKRs.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Product Manager role in an Agile context, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to define and communicate a clear and compelling product vision.
  • Experience managing complex roadmaps and strategically prioritizing.
  • Understanding digital accessibility principles, WCAG guidelines.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Data-driven approach: define success metrics, interpret data, translate them into strategic product decisions.
  • Collaborative skills with Developers, UX/UI Designers, C-Level, and Clients.
