About the role
- Manage a team that services and supports business system products, hardware, document management solutions, and related software within an assigned territory or account list
- Select, hire, train, and develop current and new technical representatives
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Oversee warehousing processes related to merchandise and inventory
- Develop and educate the team on new technology in an evolving industry
- Hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days a week with option to work from home remainder of week
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 7 years of related experience and management of typically two or more regular full-time employees
- Service management experience in the office technology industry
- Hands-on field technical experience with strong knowledge of electromechanical technology
- Knowledge of Internet, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and Oracle preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills; desire to develop and lead a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship; must reside in the United States at time of hire
