About the role

  • Serve as the strategic lead planner for assigned customer accounts and own customer relationships
  • Prepare and lead regular customer meetings and deliver actionable agendas and insights
  • Develop and deliver business reviews to senior/executive stakeholders highlighting progress and opportunities
  • Use BaxterProphet and other planning tools to analyze demand, inventory, and service metrics to improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and SLA compliance
  • Configure and troubleshoot BaxterProphet settings (target stock levels, replenishment, supply orders, forecasting) and handle advanced Service Desk tickets
  • Serve as account lead for multiple customers, resolve escalated issues, and drive process improvements
  • Lead or support customer consulting projects and partner with customers to implement continuous improvement initiatives using Baxter Planning’s Best Practice Scorecard
  • Mentor and support team members, provide training on BaxterProphet and processes, and document/share best practices
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align supply chain planning with broader business objectives and contribute to cross-functional initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with supply chain planning software (BaxterProphet preferred; SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar acceptable)
  • Strong Excel skills: pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas
  • Demonstrated experience leading customer meetings or presentations independently
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, MIS, Industrial Distribution, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Passionate about delivering value to customers and strong initiative
  • Experience preparing and presenting business reviews for executive audiences (preferred)
  • Exposure to consulting engagements, process improvement initiatives, or feature rollouts (preferred)
  • Advanced analytics experience (SQL, Python, or statistical forecasting methods) (preferred)
  • Certification or training in Lean Six Sigma, APICS/CPIM, or similar supply chain frameworks (preferred)
  • Ability to work in the US without restrictions (application asks applicants)
