Brand Manager

• The Director of Brand & Communications is responsible for shaping how Baxter Planning is positioned and experienced in the market.
• Leads and executes the company's brand, content, creative, and digital communications strategy.
• Develops and executes an integrated strategy across messaging, editorial content, visual storytelling, website experience, social media, executive thought leadership, and search optimization.
• Responsible for the creation of high-impact written and visual assets, including digital campaigns, presentations, infographics, videos, social content, website graphics, and sales enablement materials.
• Maintains communication standards, visual consistency, and creative quality across all customer touchpoints.
• Combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, using various marketing tools for creating, publishing, and measuring marketing programs.
• Success is measured by the ability to elevate market presence, improve quality and consistency of communications, increase organic visibility, strengthen digital engagement, and drive qualified inbound leads.

Project Manager

• Lead multiple concurrent enterprise SaaS implementation projects from kickoff through stabilization
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, scope, risks, and customer deliverables
• Coordinate internal and customer teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
• Serve as the primary project management contact for assigned customers, building trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings, establish clear expectations, communicate progress, and drive timely decisions
• Proactively identify, communicate, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Prepare customer status reports, executive updates, and Steering Committee presentations
• Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, action trackers, and implementation artifacts across project management platforms
• Track project milestones and ensure deliverables and phase exit criteria are completed
• Execute a standardized implementation methodology to deliver predictable, high-quality customer outcomes
• Capture lessons learned and identify opportunities to improve delivery through standardization, automation, and best practices
