About the role

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns within the Google suite
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and build effective campaigns
  • Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions
  • Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and ROAS
  • Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and achieving KPIs
  • Continuously A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance
  • Perform competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across campaigns
  • Collaborate with team of marketing professionals to deliver results for digital health and e-commerce clients

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an SEM Specialist with a strong track record of successful PPC campaigns
  • Marketing Agency experience required
  • Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred
  • Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Certification or experience in other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media) is a plus
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Must be based in the US or Canada
