About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns within the Google suite
- Conduct thorough keyword research and build effective campaigns
- Create compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives to maximize click-through rates and conversions
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to achieve campaign goals while optimizing cost-per-click and ROAS
- Analyze campaign data and provide insights and recommendations for improving performance and achieving KPIs
- Continuously A/B test ad variations, landing pages, and other elements to improve campaign performance
- Perform competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of funds across campaigns
- Collaborate with team of marketing professionals to deliver results for digital health and e-commerce clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as an SEM Specialist with a strong track record of successful PPC campaigns
- Marketing Agency experience required
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certification preferred
- Proficiency in SEM tools and platforms including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools
- Analytical mindset with strong data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Certification or experience in other digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media) is a plus
- Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics
- Must be based in the US or Canada
