💰 $125,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
- Track key deliverables and maintain accurate records in CRM and internal systems
- Manage the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, training, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells
- Develop a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and industries to proactively recommend solutions
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success) to deliver exceptional service
- Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring client retention and revenue growth
- Provide feedback to Account Management leadership and Product teams based on client needs
Requirements
- B.S. or B.A. in finance, business management, or similar field of study
- 5+ year(s) of experience working in tech and/or with investor or corporate clients
- Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (i.e. Sales, Research, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- You’re driven; no obstacle is too difficult to overcome, and no one needs to push you to excel
- A passion for SaaS products, data, financial services, or B2B technology
- Strong verbal/written communication & presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills
- Strong problem solving & analytical skills; formulates solutions that deliver real business value
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively across projects
- Fully remote position required to work standard EST hours
