About the role

  • Oversee and optimize the calendars of the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), including inbox triaging and time management.
  • Support at least one additional executive at the Vice President level after ramp.
  • Manage logistics for meetings, travel, and events; build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Executive Operations Partners across the company to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions.
  • Provide help to other Executive Operations partners for team events like offsites and company events, as needed.
  • Report directly to the leadership team and enable growth of the leadership team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in roles supporting leadership, such as Executive Business Partner, Executive Assistant or Executive Operations.
  • Proven success in dynamic environments supporting sales leaders.
  • Demonstrated ease in serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage startup environments.
  • Experience managing executives’ times and providing strategic recommendations; particularly supporting sales executives or roles focused on external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional skills in managing time, schedules, and travel logistics with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise, and confident in verbal and written communication.
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive problem-solving: identifying gaps and taking initiative.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack; desire to adopt new tools.
  • After ramp, ability to support at least one additional VP-level executive.
