About the role
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of technical assets
- Research and understand new features
- Independently build and maintain guided technical experiences
- Serve as the senior technical subject matter expert for strategic engagements
- Produce technical validation and thought leadership content
- Establish and maintain processes for keeping technical content current and relevant
- Lead the development of technical launch deliverables
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical marketing, solutions engineering, or related technical customer-facing role
- Strong background in cybersecurity, email security, or adjacent security domains
- Proven experience owning the end-to-end development of customer-facing technical content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with R&D teams and translating engineering developments into market-facing content
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field
- Experience with content creation tools, video production, and technical documentation platforms
