About the role
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise-wide programs, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities, clarity, accountability, and measurable business value.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and business leaders to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and integrated delivery plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, monitor milestones, and manage integration points to ensure timely delivery, accountability, and proactive risk mitigation.
- Deliver clear, data-informed dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide executives with visibility into progress, risks, and resourcing needs.
- Establish and champion PMO standards, portfolio frameworks, and change management best practices to strengthen organizational delivery maturity.
- Identify and communicate risks, challenges, and critical updates to senior leadership to support timely decision-making.
- Lead and mentor program managers and project leads, elevating delivery capability across the organization.
Requirements
- 12–15 years of program management experience (SaaS/technology industry preferred), leading cross-functional, enterprise-scale programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Program Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar professional certification a plus.
- Proven ability to drive strategic planning, prioritization, governance, and execution of programs to achieve organizational goals.
- Exposure to Agile, Product Development, or SDLC environments preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, influence senior executives, and align cross-functional teams.
- Leadership: 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing and scaling teams.
