Solve requests from customers (Abbott employees worldwide, focused on region) through phone, chat, and email
Provide bilingual support (English and Spanish); Portuguese fluency in HR scope highly desirable
Use a “concierge” model to exceed customer expectations and deliver operational excellence for high-volume, lower-complexity work
Maintain knowledge of onboarding processes and subsequent technical/functional trainings; ensure mastery of required software
Respond to service inquiries with timely, accurate, and professional replies; resolve or escalate cases per established resources
Partner with HR Service Center team members to troubleshoot and close requests
Identify roadblocks to quality customer service and recommend process improvements to leadership
Meet or exceed standards for schedule adherence, reliability, accuracy, and compliance with company ethical standards
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Business Administration, Communications, Languages or related studies
Desirable postgraduate or specialization in Human Resources and/or Customer Service
Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
Portuguese and/or French at an advanced level desirable (LATAM)
Minimum experience of 2 years working in areas such as Human Resources (recruiting, employee compensation payroll, career development and/or customer service center)
Managing multi-channel customer service platforms (phone, email and chat)
Experience with customer management tools; Salesforce experience a plus
User-level experience in ERP tools or Human Capital Management software such as Workday (desirable)
Experience in remote communication channels with global teams in various languages and formats
Experience in matrix and/or global models of HR Service Centers
Adherence to pre-established schedules and ability to meet peak season demands
