💰 $80,000 - $220,000 per year
About the role
- Drive net-new business development and sales within the assigned territory focused on volume manufacturing and distribution verticals
- Develop and execute territory plans to exceed booking, pipeline, and quota targets
- Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from qualification, initial discovery through negotiation and close
- Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and customers
- Build strategic cross functional relationships with internal business partners
- Develop strategic account plans for key accounts in assigned territory
- Coordinate with cross-sell partners, solution sales and professional services teams
- Generate and achieve monthly forecasts and accurately predict revenue monthly
- Plan and implement sales campaigns
- Update and maintain CRM and perform weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for the assigned territory
- Travel required
Requirements
- Strong background in enterprise software
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to present to large and small audiences
- Ability to negotiate price, other concessions and terms and conditions
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Experience managing a $2M+ annual target
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated ability to drive net-new enterprise business, including prospecting, multi-stakeholder engagement, and value-based selling
- Accomplished track record of selling SaaS Software to Manufacturing and Distribution operations, finance, and IT personas
- Experience working in a cross-sell/overlay sales environment
- Experience working with industrial manufacturing and/or distribution companies
- Background of ERP markets and business preferred
- Travel required
