About the role
- Partner with Strategic customers to design tailored implementation plans and lead rollout of Miter solutions
- Own the end-to-end launch journey: align timelines, define success criteria, and ensure milestones support business goals
- Drive product adoption through personalized guidance, best practices, and enablement
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support to create seamless handoffs
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay customer insights, troubleshoot technical challenges, and advocate for product improvements
- Lead complex, high-visibility implementations for multi-entity accounts and executive stakeholders
- Contribute to playbooks, process improvements, and team best practices to scale the Strategic Launch function
Requirements
- 6+ years in SaaS implementation, consulting, or a fast-growing services/ops role
- Experience with Payroll, accounting, tax, or financial products
- Experience leading projects >6 months or >$100k in services (preferred)
- HCM, ERP and/or Construction industry exposure (a plus)
- Comfort working with data (Excel/Sheets); experience validating and transforming payroll/employee data
- Ability to understand integrations, APIs, and technical documentation to unblock launches
- Clear, confident communication with customer executives and cross-functional partners
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and adaptable when things aren’t fully defined
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the job is located (application asks about work authorization/sponsorship)
