Leads and directs consumer marketing activities to build up brand positioning.
Responsible for the development and management of marketing strategies and programs to effectively achieve commercialization, profit margin and business plan objectives.
Develop consumer and digital marketing strategy with brand lead for a better consumer engagement & experience; measure & report performance and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with proposed action plan.
Lead social and digital marketing campaign & all digital activities on social media page, brand site, EC page by managing internal team & external agency on creative, production & deployment ensuring quality delivery & timeline execution.
Develop and deploy consumer journey and insight based automated marketing campaigns via Salesforce.com; collaborate with CRM to convert lead into purchase and retention.
Propose marketing, advertising and promotional strategy to achieve revenue, sales, profit and market share targets.
Identify, analyze, and translate product, brand, customer, consumer, and competitive information into marketing strategy; supervise team to ensure alignment and execution.
Manage budgets, reports and forecasts; lead in annual budget plan/update cycle and achieve forecast accuracy and new product launch KPI targets.
Build relationships with stakeholders across functions and get alignment to deploy marketing programs smoothly to support brand business.
Develop annual brand plan and projects including marketing objectives, strategies, advertising and promotion and ensure timely execution; evaluate productivity.
Support Business Excellence recertification and sustain business excellence standards.
Review complaints and suggestions relating to assigned products and develop action plans to address them.
Ensure marketing activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands, ethical standards and Corporate Business and Safety procedures.
Supervise marketing executive and provide coaching/feedback to accomplish assigned projects.
Requirements
Experience Minimum 6-7 years Related marketing experience in MNC FMCG industry
At least 1-2 years at the same position
Education Level: Bachelor, Preferably Science, Marketing or Business
