Engineering Manager

• Lead, grow, and retain the team of engineers building and evolving APFM.com and related web properties.
• Own delivery for the Web platform: planning sprints, managing scope, and removing blockers to keep the team moving.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, SEO, and Content teams to translate roadmap priorities into clear, well-scoped engineering work.

Senior Manager, Engineering – Web

Account Executive

• Work in a fast-paced, growing industry to help families and professional referral sources with seniors urgently needing to be discharged into a community meeting their needs or with a home care agency as they transition out of a hospital or skilled nursing facility
• Deliver on your target quota of families selecting a senior care option each month by generating daily qualified patient referrals from your assigned market plan accounts
• Currently maintains a portfolio of clients (social worker, case managers, and discharger planners) specifically in hospitals and skilled nursing centers within this open territory
• Develop, own, and grow your book of accounts to increase referral volume in your territory
• Cultivate new contacts within each account through networking, cold calls, and service presentations, following up with each referral source on discharge outcomes to reinforce the value A Place for Mom delivers
• Educate families on their care options and how they will work with you and a Healthcare Senior Living Advisor to find the right senior living option as they are discharged
• Work with your partner Healthcare Senior Living Advisors to deliver on your target quota of families in moving into a community or hiring in home care
• Leverage and analyze reports in our CRM and internal structure to develop and manage your pipeline
• Pilot new initiatives, tests, and processes (e.g., account scoring, CRM changes) in your territory and provide feedback to improve the tools and resources at your disposal

Healthcare Account Executive

AI Engineer

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for how APFM's owned properties perform across the traditional, AI-mediated, voice, and agentic search landscape
• Translate SEO signals, algorithm shifts, and discovery changes into product decisions and roadmap prioritization; partner with specialist practitioners who own day-to-day execution
• Define and evolve how A Place for Mom shows up across the full AI-mediated discovery landscape, including AI search citations, conversational query coverage, structured data for AI grounding, MCP integrations, voice interfaces, and agentic endpoints
• Monitor and interpret shifts in AI platform behavior, search landscape changes, and evolving distribution surfaces, and translate them into internal product guidance, guardrails, and prioritization
• Evolve existing AI discovery measurement framework and tooling as the ecosystem develops and new channels come online that require new measurement approaches
• Build acquisition loops into the product surface: Sharing, comparison tools, decision aids, community-driven content surfaces
• Partner with Product peers to embed PLG mechanics in core flows that compound organic acquisition without paid spend
• Define metrics, baselines, and targets for organic and AI discovery; size opportunities, set hypotheses, and lead learning agendas
• Translate ambiguous, evolving discovery signals into actionable product bets and clear investment recommendations
• Embed authority, expertise, and trust signals into product surfaces and content systems
• Ensure the signals AI systems use to evaluate credibility, including review integrity, content quality, and decision support depth, are reflected accurately in what we build
• Develop and maintain a point of view on AI disintermediation risk and ensure the product roadmap accounts for it

• Own the customer lifecycle strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and win-back stages for consumers visiting our platform.
• Develop and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app) that drive meaningful engagement and conversion across the family decision journey.
• Define and track lifecycle KPIs including engagement rates, conversion rates, churn, NPS, and LTV; use data to continuously optimize performance.
• Partner with Data Science, Analytics, and Sales teams to build segmentation models, predictive triggers, and personalization frameworks that deliver the right message at the right moment.
• Collaborate with Product to influence roadmap priorities that improve lifecycle touchpoints and the overall consumer experience.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation programs to drive iterative improvement across lifecycle communications and journeys.
• Manage and develop a team of lifecycle marketers and CRM specialists.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Data, and Technology teams to embed AI-driven decisioning, audience segmentation, personalization, and workflow automation across lifecycle programs and customer touchpoints.
