Develop Strategic Long Term Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and grow/manage a significant portfolio of business partnerships
Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Establish and secure business relationships, meetings and close deals; act as primary point of contact for accounts
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure seamless execution and client alignment
Strategize for Success: Develop account plans, set and meet sales targets, forecast volumes, and drive account growth
Negotiate Effectively: Manage contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and shorten deal flow timeline

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Masters degree or MBA preferred
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in key account management, sales, or business development roles, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Exceptional Communication: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills
Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans
Self-Motivated: Results-oriented and highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
