Account Executive

• Drive Sales and Impact: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow business partnerships focusing on Plastic Neutral Certification, Pull a Pound, Certified Clean Up partner
• Develop Strategic Long Term Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and grow/manage a significant portfolio of business partnerships
• Lead Generation and Client Engagement: Establish and secure business relationships, meetings and close deals; act as primary point of contact for accounts
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to ensure seamless execution and client alignment
• Strategize for Success: Develop account plans, set and meet sales targets, forecast volumes, and drive account growth
• Negotiate Effectively: Manage contract negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and shorten deal flow timeline
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities; become an expert in lines of business, ESG and sustainability
