About the role
- Drive new business development and sales growth for the US market
- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients across industries
- Manage entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, proposal, negotiation to closing deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and proposals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and potential opportunities in the US region
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums relevant to the US market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 4–6 years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years handling the US market
- Strong understanding of US business culture and B2B sales processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in US time zones as required
- Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions sales preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
