Customer Success Manager

• You are the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, e-mail or via the CRM
• You handle inquiries quickly and with a solution-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction
• You document support cases carefully in the CRM or ticketing system
• You coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Sales, Operations) to resolve issues efficiently
• You communicate proactively with customers and keep them informed about open items
• You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
• You forward complex cases to specialist departments or escalate them when necessary
• You support the optimization of our support and service processes

People Operations

• You ensure our office runs smoothly day-to-day and create a pleasant, well-organized working environment
• You independently handle all relevant office matters — from ordering supplies (drinks, snacks, office supplies) to coordinating external service providers
• You welcome guests, applicants and partners, ensuring a professional first impression
• You manage operational onboarding and offboarding (workstations, equipment, access) and ensure a structured start for new colleagues
• You plan and organize internal events such as team lunches, summer parties and Christmas celebrations
• You support external events (e.g., trade shows, partner events)
• You manage office and IT equipment as well as access rights and keep track of all resources
• You assist with administrative tasks and ensure efficient background processes

• You are the first point of contact for our prospective customers and contribute to increasing our sales through competent, customer-focused online consultations.
• You record technical details, interpret them, and create a system-supported, individually tailored quotation.
• You explain the technical benefits—especially of heat pumps—in a clear and understandable way and answer all relevant questions.
• You support customers in their decision-making, present the optimal solution, and convincingly communicate the advantages of 42watt and our concepts.
• You work closely with the field sales team and prepare efficient contract closings by handling appointment coordination and route planning after successful customer conversations.

• Manage the demand-driven allocation of customer projects to qualified trades partners.
• Take responsibility for the entire tender process, including partner selection and price negotiations.
