About the role
- You are the first point of contact for our prospective customers and contribute to increasing our sales through competent, customer-focused online consultations.
- You record technical details, interpret them, and create a system-supported, individually tailored quotation.
- You explain the technical benefits—especially of heat pumps—in a clear and understandable way and answer all relevant questions.
- You support customers in their decision-making, present the optimal solution, and convincingly communicate the advantages of 42watt and our concepts.
- You work closely with the field sales team and prepare efficient contract closings by handling appointment coordination and route planning after successful customer conversations.
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field — experience in technical consulting is ideal. Career changers are welcome.
- You are interested in renewable energy and sustainable technologies, especially heat pumps, and are eager to learn more about the topic.
- You understand technical relationships and can explain complex matters in an understandable way.
- You are a communicative team player and enjoy finding the optimal solution for your customers.
- Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- You work in a structured, independent way and remain calm under pressure.
- You are confident with common office applications (we use G Suite, Slack and Notion), and ideally have experience with CRM systems.
- You speak fluent German (C1–C2 is a must).
