About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, e-mail or via the CRM
- You handle inquiries quickly and with a solution-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction
- You document support cases carefully in the CRM or ticketing system
- You coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Sales, Operations) to resolve issues efficiently
- You communicate proactively with customers and keep them informed about open items
- You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
- You forward complex cases to specialist departments or escalate them when necessary
- You support the optimization of our support and service processes
Requirements
- You have experience in Customer Support or Customer Success
- You are familiar with CRM and ticketing systems
- You speak German at C1–C2 level
- You can explain technical topics in a clear and understandable way
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take initiative
- You enjoy customer contact and collaborate well in a team
- Nice-to-have: experience with public funding programs (BAFA, KfW)
- Knowledge of building technology or the energy sector
- Experience in upselling / cross-selling
