Job Level

About the role

  • You are the primary point of contact for customer inquiries by phone, e-mail or via the CRM
  • You handle inquiries quickly and with a solution-oriented approach to ensure customer satisfaction
  • You document support cases carefully in the CRM or ticketing system
  • You coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Sales, Operations) to resolve issues efficiently
  • You communicate proactively with customers and keep them informed about open items
  • You identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions
  • You forward complex cases to specialist departments or escalate them when necessary
  • You support the optimization of our support and service processes

Requirements

  • You have experience in Customer Support or Customer Success
  • You are familiar with CRM and ticketing systems
  • You speak German at C1–C2 level
  • You can explain technical topics in a clear and understandable way
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and take initiative
  • You enjoy customer contact and collaborate well in a team
  • Nice-to-have: experience with public funding programs (BAFA, KfW)
  • Knowledge of building technology or the energy sector
  • Experience in upselling / cross-selling
