About the role

  • Manage the demand-driven allocation of customer projects to qualified trades partners.
  • Take responsibility for the entire tender process, including partner selection and price negotiations.
  • Negotiate installation prices and project volumes with partners.
  • Develop and oversee core success metrics for partner evaluation and KPI monitoring.
  • Scale and optimize operational processes in collaboration with the tech team.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in project costing/estimation, procurement of technical services, or tender management, ideally in SHK (sanitary/heating/air-conditioning), construction, or the energy sector.
  • Ability to negotiate on equal terms with trades businesses and assertiveness in commercial discussions.
  • Understanding of the quoting and decision-making logic of installation companies, plus the ability to assess project risks and realistic margins.
  • Strong numerical aptitude with a technical understanding of heat pump and PV (photovoltaic) systems.
  • Strong ownership mentality and accountability for achieving project margins and the ramp-up plan.
  • Ideally a background as an SHK master technician, engineer, or business economist with a strong technical focus and experience in dynamic platform models.
  • Fluent German (C1–C2, must-have).
