About the role
- You ensure our office runs smoothly day-to-day and create a pleasant, well-organized working environment
- You independently handle all relevant office matters — from ordering supplies (drinks, snacks, office supplies) to coordinating external service providers
- You welcome guests, applicants and partners, ensuring a professional first impression
- You manage operational onboarding and offboarding (workstations, equipment, access) and ensure a structured start for new colleagues
- You plan and organize internal events such as team lunches, summer parties and Christmas celebrations
- You support external events (e.g., trade shows, partner events)
- You manage office and IT equipment as well as access rights and keep track of all resources
- You assist with administrative tasks and ensure efficient background processes
Requirements
- You have initial experience in office management, event management or an operational role
- You work in a structured, reliable and independent manner
- You have a strong hands-on mentality and implement things pragmatically
- You have excellent organizational skills and keep an overview when handling multiple topics
- You present a friendly, open demeanor and have a strong service orientation
- You are confident using common tools (e.g., Google Workspace)
- You have very good German language skills.
