About the role
- Serve as a part‑time BCBA consultant helping shape local care models and expand insurance contracts.
- Commit approximately 1 hour per week to advisory activities.
- Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation.
- Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care.
- Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group during payer (commercial and Medicaid) applications in Arizona.
- Use and critique the platform tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements.
- Optionally start seeing clients on 3Y Health’s platform and build an independent ABA practice with operational support.
Requirements
- Active BCBA license in good standing in Arizona.
- Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
- Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes (a plus).
- License to practice in multiple states (a plus).
- Passion for expanding equitable autism care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models.
- Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration.
