Start strong with 13 hours of paid training over your first 6 months, delivered through a cohort model.
We'll cover the cost of getting your LBA in any state for full-time positions.
No restrictive contracts or set caseloads; work on your own terms.
Remote, Hybrid, and In-Person work models available.
Rates range from $55-$105/hr depending on work model and location.
Work alongside five in-office BCBAs and a dedicated team of interns and fellows.
Weekly assessment support from Clinical Directors.
Monthly free CEU sessions and opportunities to lead CEU sessions.
Ongoing training resources for behavior technicians.
If part-time, ability to control cases and create flexible schedules.
Requirements
Active BCBA certification
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Experience supervising behavior technicians and RBTs
Commitment to cultural responsiveness
Receptiveness to feedback, with a mindset for growth
