About the role
- Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress
- Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Use in-person time to support new clients, model programs, run assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and strengthen family relationships
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and the Clinical Excellence Team
- Rely on operations team for scheduling, onboarding of technicians, and other logistics
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) (role title implies BCBA credential required)
- Ability to deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Experience supervising and supporting Behavior Technicians virtually and during in-person visits
- Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Experience engaging parents with monthly parent training
- Proficiency with data-driven decision-making and maintaining high-quality clinical services
- Ability to work a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement and to travel to client homes or centers as needed
