About the role
- Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across virtual and in-home or center-based settings
- Split time 50/50 between remote supervision/planning and in-person client visits
- Supervise and coach Behavior Technicians and model programs during in-person visits
- Run assessments, develop and implement individualized behavior plans, and provide parent training
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Area Clinical Directors, and Clinical Excellence Team
- Rely on operations team for scheduling and onboarding logistics
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential (title indicates BCBA requirement)
- Ability to oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-home/center settings
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and in-person
- Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
- Provide monthly parent training and engage families
- Maintain high-quality clinical services using supervision and data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person work
