About the role
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to interventions.
- Provide training and support to families and case workers.
- Maintain detailed records of client treatment and progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Stay updated with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis and contribute to program development.
- Complete 25 billable hours/week
- Client schedules: Sessions range from 8 am - 7 pm
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification and relevant state licensure.
- Minimum of two years’ experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
- Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to travel within San Diego (north and south) County as required
- 50% telehealth support for Imperial Valley clients
