• Serve as a part‑time BCBA consultant helping shape local care models and expand insurance contracts.
• Commit approximately 1 hour per week to advisory activities.
• Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care‑model innovation.
• Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care.
• Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group during payer (commercial and Medicaid) applications in Arizona.
• Use and critique the platform tech stack (scheduling, data, EHR, billing) to guide product improvements.
• Optionally start seeing clients on 3Y Health’s platform and build an independent ABA practice with operational support.
