About the role
- Manage recruitment campaigns through Indeed, handling 200+ applicants weekly.
- Conduct live reviews of incoming applications based on set qualifications.
- Contact qualified applicants for over-the-phone (OTP) screening.
- Schedule and invite candidates for in-person interviews.
- Add shortlisted candidates to Fountain for tracking and communication.
- Complete scorecard assessments for each driver.
- Assess and address performance feedback promptly.
- Create and maintain coaching sheets based on feedback and evaluation results.
- Perform manual checks and corrections for time discrepancies using ADP and FlexApp.
- Manage timekeeping and attendance tracking for approximately 140 employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or telemarketing required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high applicant volumes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in ADP, FlexApp, and Fountain is an advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
