Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully filling mid to senior-level positions
- Proven experience supporting talent acquisition during a commercial build or pharmaceutical product launch
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality and executive presence
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project), Adobe
