Own full-cycle recruiting from Sourcing through Closing: Identify and engage top talent through various channels. Extend offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition into onboarding, providing candidates with an excellent experience from offer acceptance to their first day.
Develop and maintain a high bar for assessment of candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and coordinate assessments or pre-interview exercises as required.
Partner with hiring managers to conceptualize and execute a formative assessment, talent and hiring strategy, aligned with Vanta’s broader, strategic initiatives
Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline conversion rates) to identify trends, optimize strategies, and influence stakeholders with data-driven insights.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a GTM/ Sales Full Cycle Recruiting role, preferably within dynamic and fast-paced B2B SaaS environments
Proven ability to partner effectively with stakeholders across all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to executives, with a demonstrated skill in strategic influence.
Strong track record of successfully closing candidates in complex offer scenarios, including those involving privately held, venture-backed companies, as well as publicly held entities.
Demonstrated ability to excel in remote work settings while maintaining high performance standards and adaptability in rapidly evolving conditions
